Shipping & Returns
Shipping Policy
Orders are processed within one to three days of purchase and are immediately shipped afterwards.
We will notify you once your products are on their way, and they should reach you within three days of being shipped.
Returns Policy
If your selection isn't your favorite after all, it's okay, we understand.
Contact us within a few days to review your options. As tea is a food product, we can't accept returns once it has been opened.
We will, however, work to provide you with a different product that we hope you'll enjoy.
