SHIPPING POLICY
Orders are processed within one to two days of purchase and are immediately shipped afterwards. We will notify you once your products are on their way.
REFUND POLICY
If you are unsatisfied with your Koala Tea, please contact us within five days to review your options. As tea is a food product, we cannot accept returns once it has been opened. We will, however, work to provide you with a different product that we hope you'll enjoy.
